MULTI-TRADE PLASTERER – REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Location: Crawley
Pay Rate: £22 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Crawley and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good damaged walls and ceilings.
Prepare surfaces for plastering and ensure a high-quality finish.
Undertake associated multi-trade repairs, including decorating, tiling, and general maintenance where required.
Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant health and safety requirements.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service while working in tenants’ homes.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in plastering and multi-trade reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing.
Competent in plastering, patch repairs, skimming, and making good.
Ability to carry out minor additional trade repairs where required.
Full UK driving licence.
A professional attitude with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.
