About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Wet room fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of bathroom upgrades including wetroom installations
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, etc.)
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property upgrades
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence & own transport
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
