With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors based in Cornwall.
Day to Day duties of the Stock Condition Surveyor:
- Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties
- Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
- Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Carry out HHSRS evaluations
- Record and update survey data in the asset management system
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Have experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys
- Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
