With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales.
We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Repairs Surveyors based in Cornwall.
Day to Day duties of the Repairs Surveyor:
- Carry out day to day repair surveys for social housing stock
- Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
- Experience with damp and mould
