We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join a well-established company covering Exeter and North Devon. This is a permanent position, working on the books, offering excellent rates of pay and a company van.
The Role:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of plant machinery and equipment
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
- Travelling to customer sites across Exeter and North Devon
- Completing work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, HGV Mechanic, Agricultural Mechanic or similar
- Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Experience working on HGV, agricultural or heavy plant equipment is essential
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
