We are looking for a talented Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Cornwall area. Open to either permanent or temporary, includes van and fuel card.
Job role details:
- Repairs work on social housing domestic properties
- 40 hours work per week
- Salary of around £40,000 per annum van and fuel card, or on a temp basis around £26 per hour
- Some on call work potentially – not confirmed
- Reporting to your Supervisor
- Inputting your jobs and work onto a tablet
Requirements:
- Full driving licence
- Full DBS check will be carried out
- Electrical NVQ Level 3

- Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work
