We are looking for a talented Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Cornwall area. Open to either permanent or temporary, includes van and fuel card.

Job role details:

  • Repairs work on social housing domestic properties
  • 40 hours work per week
  • Salary of around £40,000 per annum van and fuel card, or on a temp basis around £26 per hour
  • Some on call work potentially – not confirmed
  • Reporting to your Supervisor
  • Inputting your jobs and work onto a tablet

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Full DBS check will be carried out
  • Electrical NVQ Level 3
  • 2391
  • 18th Edition
  • Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work
