Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in Cornwall to work on reactive social housing maintenance. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on Carpentry. Main patch will be St Austell down to Penzance. This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £35-36,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card. You will do an initial temp to perm 12 weeks with us.
Day to Day:
- Various maintenance work on domestic properties
- Mainly Carpentry work but including other trades too when required
- Working alongside other trades
- Reporting to the supervisor on progress
- Travelling to different sites in Cornwall in the work van
Requirements:
- Good carpentry experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be required
