Contract Details: We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the social housing repairs & maintenance sector, to recruit a Contracts Manager overseeing planned works contracts. This role is based in the Bristol area. The Contracts/Branch Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programmes including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Contracts Manager Salary & Package: You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success. This is a full-time, permanent role for which you will receive up to GBP65,000 Car/Allowance Benefits.
