We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with asocial housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for aContracts Managerbased in Somerset.

Day to Day:
This role is key to the operations of the maintenance and building projects across this regional contractor. Leading a team, managing projects with a value of up to around 250k. Good sound technical building background is essential.

Job role:

  • Day to day management of building works in various site locations
  • Arranging and managing trades on site
  • Toolbox talks and regular site meetings.
  • IT literate

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Building related qualification – NVQ, HNC or equivalent
