We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based Hounslow.
Day to Day:
This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors,
pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs. Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
– Management of multiple contracts across the SW London.
– Working across housing association and housing repairs and voids
– Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
– The ability to work alone and deliver an entire repairs & voids service
– Client liaison, management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
– Previous experience in this role is essential
– Trade background would be beneficial
