Job Title: Plasterer multiLocation: East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Rate: £35,000 Perks: van, tools & fuel card, annual productivity bonuses, plenty of overtime available About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties. Experience in other trades to atleast a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry. Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to. Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade CSCS Card Facefit (this can be sorted once started) Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Ability to perform basic secondary trades What’s in it for you?
