Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced multi trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team.
Duties
- Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard
- Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Experience working as a multi trader within domestic/social housing/council property repairs
- Good all-round skills across multiple trades
- Full UK driver’s license
- Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance works to a high standard
- Weekly pay
- Van stock provided
- Van & Fuel card provided for business use
