Carpenter Multi Trade Required – Bristol
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in Bristol to work on reactive social housing maintenance. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on Carpentry.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary up to Β£37,500 per annum plus a van and fuel card.
Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day:
- Various reactive maintenance work on domestic properties
- Working alongside other trades
- Reporting to the supervisor on progress
- Travelling to different sites in Bristol
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
- Good carpentry experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be required
