Carpenter Multi Trade – Cornwall. Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in the Cornwall area to complete disrepair work on social housing properties. Benefits details: Permanent opportunity £35,000 per annum Van and fuel card 40 hours a week – Monday – Friday 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Your patch will be from St Austell up into Plymouth. Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day: Various maintenance work on domestic properties Reactive maintenance Mainly Carpentry work but carrying out other trades too when required Minor plumbing, painting, tiling, general maintenance Working alongside other trades Reporting to the supervisor on progress Travelling to different sites in the work van safely and responsibly Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements: Good carpentry experience Previous experience working within social housing NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above (desirable) Good attitude Honest and reliable Full UK driving license DBS will be required This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy contractor and have continuous work in Cornwall.
