Carpenter Multi Trade Required – North Cornwall – Voids

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader in North Cornwall to work on reactive void social housing maintenance. You will perform various maintenance tasks with a primary focus on carpentry.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of Β£36-38,000 per annum, along with a van and fuel card.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance work on void domestic properties
  • Mainly carpentry, with other trades included when necessary
  • Collaborate with other trades
  • Report progress to the supervisor
  • Travel to different sites in North Cornwall using the work van
  • Demonstrate good carpentry skills
  • Previous experience in social housing maintenance
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry
  • Be honest and reliable
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • A DBS check will be required
