We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader in North Cornwall to work on reactive void social housing maintenance. You will perform various maintenance tasks with a primary focus on carpentry.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £36-38,000 per annum, along with a van and fuel card.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance work on void domestic properties
- Mainly carpentry, with other trades included when necessary
- Collaborate with other trades
- Report progress to the supervisor
- Travel to different sites in North Cornwall using the work van
- Demonstrate good carpentry skills
- Previous experience in social housing maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry
- Be honest and reliable
- Hold a full UK driving license
- A DBS check will be required
