Site Manager - Recladding/ Render in Cardiff

Site Manager – RecladdingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a main contractor on a 12-month recladding project in Cardiff, commencing January 2027. The project involves render and external façade works, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background delivering recladding / external refurbishment projects for a main contractor. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of the site and site team Oversee render, recladding and associated façade works Manage subcontractors and labour on site Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with RAMS Liaise with the Project Manager, client, subcontractors and wider project team Monitor progress and provide regular updates Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality throughout the projectRequirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor Strong recladding / external refurbishment / façade experience Previous experience managing render projects would be highly beneficial SMSTS CSCS Black Manager's Card First Aid Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and site management procedures Excellent communication and organisational skillsThis role would particularly suit a Site Manager who has progressed through main contractor environments and has hands-on experience delivering recladding or façade refurbishment projects
