Location: Mobile – Cannock & up to 1 hour travel radius

Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)

About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of bathroom upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
  • Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery / kitchen fitting / Bathroom fitting.
  • Previous experience in bathroom fitting, across social housing or private.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Own a van.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
