About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of bathroom upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery / kitchen fitting / Bathroom fitting.
- Previous experience in bathroom fitting, across social housing or private.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Own a van.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
