Job Advert: Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Various High-End Commercial Office Sites Salary: £41,200 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias to join one of the largest FM (Facilities Management) companies in the UK, who operate globally. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and maintain high-end bespoke commercial office spaces across prestigious sites. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and electrical works on various high-end office spaces ranging from 800-2,000 sq ft. * Provide top-quality service for private offices, custom office environments, and high-profile corporate sites. * Ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and building services equipment. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. About You: * Electrical Bias: You must have a solid background in electrical systems and maintenance. * Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. * Experience: Previous experience in building services maintenance, ideally in commercial office environments. * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
