Core Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain a dependable two-year outlook for prospective contracts across asset management, refurbishment, statutory compliance, and decarbonisation initiatives.
- Actively identify, negotiate, and secure major commercial wins and framework positions through hands-on business development rather than standard team oversight.

- Oversee the forward pipeline and order ledger to provide the Regional Managing Director with precise, evidence-based monthly revenue forecasts.
