Part-Time Planner – Repairs & Maintenance
Location: Brent, London
Hours: 20 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–5:00pm
Our agency is currently recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established repairs contractor for a Part-Time Planner to be based in Brent. This is a great opportunity for someone with planning or scheduling experience who is looking for consistent afternoon hours within a busy repairs and maintenance environment.
The Role
As a Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of repairs works by ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and resources are used effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and planning reactive and/or planned repair works
- Liaising with operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Booking appointments and updating customers where required
- Managing diaries and allocating work using internal systems
- Updating job statuses and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider planning and operational team
About You
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role (repairs/maintenance experience is highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using IT systems and scheduling software
- Able to work independently during afternoon hours
