We are seeking an experienced Decoration & Tiling Operative for a temp-to-perm opportunity, carrying out high-quality decoration and tiling works across residential properties.
The Role
- Internal and external decoration and tiling works
- Treat mould and damp in line with guidance
- Minor repairs to walls, timber, doors, windows, guttering, soffits and fascias
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work safely in line with health and safety requirements
- Record jobs and materials using a smartphone or tablet
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Tiling or Painting & Decorating, or time-served experience
- Experience in residential or housing maintenance
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
