Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a well established social housing provider to recruit an experienced Multi Trader / Advanced Multi Skilled Operative to join their South East responsive repairs team, operating out of their Bracknell office.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time, within occupied social housing properties. This is a varied, hands on role carrying out both internal and external maintenance works while providing an excellent level of customer service.
Key Duties
- Responsive maintenance repairs to customers’ homes
- Carpentry, plumbing, plastering and painting & decorating
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs and installations
- Minor electrical repairs (non test work)
- External works including fencing, groundworks, roofing, and brickwork
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with good building maintenance practices
- Acting as a professional, customer facing ambassador on every job

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative
- Strong skills in plumbing, plastering, carpentry, kitchens & bathrooms
- Additional skills in external trades (roofing / brickwork) desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Own hand and power tools
