We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Groundworker to provide maintenance work on the externals of social housing properties. Office based in Bodmin but travelling within North Cornwall where required.
This is a permanent role and offers a £34,320 salary, van and fuel card.
Day to Day:- Responsive maintenance work on social housing properties
- Fencing work, patios install and repairs, concrete repairs etc.
- Dealing with customers daily
- Driving a work van safely and responsibly
- Happy travelling to various sites in North Cornwall
- Experienced in external domestic maintenance work
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Ideally social housing experience
- Good references doing a similar role
The successful candidate will have to undergo a DBS check. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with skills in all trades to use that knowledge in the North Cornwall area with a busy and well-liked contractor.
