You'll be taking the lead on site, overseeing a programme of roofing, window and door replacements across occupied social housing properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep projects moving, manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality, health & safety and resident satisfaction. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance. Strong background in roofing, window and door replacement programmes. Confident managing subcontractors and day-to-day site activities. SMSTS qualification. Gold or Black CSCS card – essential.
