At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced multi-trader for a permanent role in Leeds. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi-skilled and have a joinery bias. A van and fuel card will be provided.

The job duties include:

  • Completing basic repairs and maintenance duties to tenanted and void properties.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Proven experience in the maintenance sector
  • NVQ in a trade
  • Ability to provide at least two working references
