For the successful Contract Manager, our client is offering:

  • £50,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Core Hours: Mon–Fri 8am – 5pm
  • Permanent position
  • Company vehicle & phone
  • 33 days holiday (increasing after 5 years)

The Role:

  • Overseeing contracts across multiple sites
  • Ensuring service delivery meets client requirements
  • Managing engineering teams and subcontractors
  • Full P&L accountability for portfolio of sites
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Driving business growth within existing accounts
  • Overseeing staff onboarding, training, and development
  • Following health & safety regulations and company policies

What our client is looking for in a Contract Manager:

  • 3 years contract management experience ESSENTIAL
  • Level 4 qualification in related field ESSENTIAL
  • Strong leadership and team management skills ESSENTIAL
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance services ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills ESSENTIAL
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) DESIRABLE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ESSENTIAL
  • Full UK Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
