We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Operative to attend a live site in Birchington to assist with a combination of access and grounds maintenance works.
Duties Will Include:
- Erecting, striking, and moving a lightweight mobile tower (up to 8m) to facilitate gutter clip and joint works
- Carrying out heavy weeding and clearance of external flower beds
- General site support duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid PASMA or equivalent mobile tower erection qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Experience working on construction, maintenance, or social housing sites
- Ability to carry out manual gardening and clearance works
- Own hand tools preferred for gardening duties
- Good awareness of site health & safety procedures
