Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary, 3-month absence cover with potential for extension
The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a busy Workplace Solutions team in Bracknell.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with facilities, workplace or coordination experience who is proactive, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
You will play an important role in ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant, well maintained and provides a positive environment for colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of the workplace and facilities
Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard
Support health & safety, compliance and building safety
Liaise with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
Build and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships
Deal with workplace queries and resolve issues effectively
Complete accurate reporting and compliance checks
Identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience
Support the wider Workplace Solutions team as requiredAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within facilities, workplace coordination or a similar role
Excellent customer service and communication xgikmsk skills
A proactive, organised and can-do approach
Strong attention to detail
Confidence dealing with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
The ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
