The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a modular new build social housing block from early stages through to completion. You will work closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure financial control and successful delivery of the scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project
Preparing and agreeing interim valuations, final accounts and variations
Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Monitoring costs, budgets and cash flow
Liaising with site teams, consultants and the client
About You
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential or modular projects (main contracting background preferred)
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
