Build Recruitment is looking for experienced Electricians to join a leading Property Services provider based in Quinton, Birmingham. The role will be working within the repairs and maintenance team, covering the surrounding Social Housing properties. This role is due to last a minimum of 6-12 months. Van, tools & fuel card provided. Pay - £24 per hour. Hours - 8am til 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Completing necessary electrical repairs and maintenance as per customer requirement, including remedials and upgrades.
- Ensure all work is done to H & S standards.
- Use of a PDA to log jobs.
Qualifications:
- 18th edition, NVQ/C&G Level 3, 2391 or 2394/5, JIB gold card.
- A DBS and Asbestos training is required for this role, which we can assist with.
