Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality carpentry and joinery work, including:
- Installing and repairing doors, windows, and frames
- Fitting and maintaining kitchen units and worktops
- Constructing and repairing skirting boards, architraves, and flooring
- Performing minor partition wall installations and repairs
Requirements:
- MUST hold an NVQ qualification in Carpentry
- MUST possess a valid Blue CSCS card
- MUST have proven experience in social housing carpentry and joinery, particularly in reactive maintenance
