Overview: We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, carrying out maintenance and repair works across a portfolio of commercial properties in London. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for an engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC systems who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works on air conditioning systems including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and AHUs
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial environments
  • Complete service and maintenance reports accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and site regulations
  • Work closely with other engineers and the site management team to ensure service delivery

Requirements:

  • F-Gas Certification (Category 1) - essential
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration - desirable
  • Proven experience working on AC systems within commercial buildings
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence (if mobile role)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
