- We are currently looking for an experienced
Wet Multi Trader to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Walton-on-Thames.
This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong plastering and paintingexperience, alongside the ability to carry out a range of general maintenance repairs.
Key Duties
- Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
- Complete painting, tiling, patch repairs, and other wet trade works to a high standard.
- Undertake additional multi-trade repairs where required.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
- Strong wet trade and multi-trade skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
