We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a SHF programme in Warwickshire. This role will involve overseeing multiple energy efficiency and refurbishment works across occupied properties.
Key Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day site operations across SHF works
- Coordinating and sequencing works effectively to ensure programme targets are met
- Overseeing subcontractors delivering:
- Roof replacements
- Windows and doors
- Solar PV installations
- Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
- Loft insulation and ventilation upgrades
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or refurbishment projects
- Must pass a Basic DBS check
- Strong programming and works sequencing experience
- Experience managing multiple trades/packages concurrently
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Immediate start available!
