The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering retrofit and energy efficiency improvements across housing stock, helping to enhance property performance and reduce carbon emissions. This is a hands‐on role with a strong focus on coordination, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of retrofit and home energy improvement works
  • Coordinate projects from planning through to completion
  • Work closely with contractors, surveyors, and internal teams
  • Ensure works meet required standards, regulations, and quality expectations
  • Contribute to improving energy efficiency across residential properties

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer / Customer Liaison Officer
  • Knowledge of PAS 2035 or similar standards (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • MUST be able to drive
