We are seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a social housing contractor operating across Kingston and surrounding areas. You will oversee void refurbishment works, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard on time, within budget, and to a high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operatives and subcontractors on void refurbishment works
- Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to meet deadlines and budgets
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections
- Ensure compliance with specifications and health & safety standards
- Monitor performance across multiple projects
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams
- Resolve issues and maintain quality standards
- Support delivery of KPIs and targets
Requirements
- Experience as a Voids or Maintenance Supervisor within social housing
- Strong knowledge of voids and property refurbishment
- Good leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- IT literate (repairs/maintenance systems)
- Full UK driving licence
