Responsibilities:
- Support the management of void properties, assisting with inspections, work orders, and progress tracking.
- Provide administrative support on legal disrepair cases, including logging cases, maintaining records, and monitoring timescales.
- Liaise with contractors, surveyors, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of works.
- Update housing and repairs systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with monitoring performance, costs, and service level agreements.
- Respond to enquiries from residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with local authority policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
Skills & Experience Required:
