A great opportunity to start at a temporary site labourer role in the South Cornwall region. You will be working for a busy principal contractor that has been awarded contracts across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. You will have the chance to see the job through from start to completion. The project is estimated to last around one year. There will most likely be an opportunity for overtime and weekend work at certain stages.
Day to day:
- Moving materials
- Putting up and maintaining heras fencing
- Putting up signs
- Tidying, litter picking and sweeping
- Assisting trades
- Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment
- Taking instructions from management
- Reporting and or rectifying hazards
Requirements:
- Must have a CSCS card
- Professional at all times
- Good work ethic
- PPE
- Previous experience is not essential but will be beneficial
- Driving licence is not essential but will be beneficial due to job location
- Good timekeeping
