We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to support operations within a critical environment. This ongoing temporary position requires someone highly organised, technically astute, and confident managing client relationships, service delivery, and compliance within a fast-paced, high-risk setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and service delivery
- Oversee and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across a critical environment
- Ensure compliance with all site procedures, health and safety standards, and operational protocols
- Review technical reports, performance data, and SLA/KPI metrics, escalating issues as needed
- Manage contractor activity, permits to work, and site access requirements
- Support senior management with operational updates and performance reviews
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding maintenance activities, site status, and risks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Technical Account Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or Building Services–focused role
- Background in a critical environment (data centres, healthcare, financial services, broadcast, etc.) highly desirable
- Strong technical understanding of building services, engineering systems, or FM processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in reporting, scheduling, and FM software/systems
