Multi Trade Operative – Taunton and Bristol
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Tradewho willprovide a maintenance serviceon social housing properties in the Taunton and Bristol areas.
Role Details/ Benefits:
- Permanent role
- £35,000 per annum
- Company van and fuel card
- 23days holiday plus bank holidays
- Fortnightly pay
Carpenter Multi OperativeDay to Day:
- Responsive maintenance on social housing properties
- All aspects ofmaintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
- Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Following a spec to complete works
- Reporting to your Supervisor
Carpenter Multi OperativeRequirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- NVQ in Carpentry (desireable)
- DBS – willbe completed prior to start
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving licence
