Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment. We specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales.

We are currently working with a social housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Supervisor on a voids contract to cover the Swindon area.

Day to Day: To manage the voids refurbishment process on social housing properties in and around the Swindon area.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of domestic refurb works in various site locations
  • Arranging and managing trades on site
  • Visiting properties, scoping works
  • H&S on site
  • Toolbox talks and regular site meetings

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • DBS (agency can process)
  • Excellent H&S and building knowledge
  • Good communication skills
