Repairs Supervisor Cornwall – 6‑8 week contract

We are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor based in and around Cornwall.

Day to Day Duties of the Repairs Supervisor:

  • Carry out day to day repair/damp and mould surveys for social housing stock
  • Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works

Requirements for the role (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
  • Relevant qualifications/experience in building surveying
  • Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
  • Experience with damp and mould
