Experienced Multi Trade required to work for a busy and reputable contractor in North Cornwall.
Social housing maintenance work covering a specific patch, Bodmin up to Bude.
This is a really exciting permanent on the books opportunity.
Package:
- Salary £34-37,000per annum

Multi Trade Day to Day:
- Maintenance work on properties in the North Cornwall area
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting bias ideally
- Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens,bathrooms, tiling, flooring
- Working alongside other trades/ colleagues
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Reporting to your supervisor on progress
- Speaking with customers politely and professionally
Multi Trade Requirements:
- Good trades experience
- Previous experience working within social housing - desirable
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
