Day to Day duties of the Maintenance Surveyor:
- Carry out day to day repair/Damp and mould surveys for social housing stock
- Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Requirements for the role (Skills & Qualifications):
- Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
- Experience with damp and mould
