About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our client’s repairs & maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of repairs in domestic/social housing settings, Carpentry / Plumbing / Plastering main trade.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.).
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade.
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades.
