We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a well-established site in Holborn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a professional, client-facing environment. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with a shared call‑out rota and plenty of overtime available.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting one on‑site engineer
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services
- Working across mechanical or electrical systems depending on your bias
- Acting as the main point of contact on site for the client and building occupants
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Overseeing subcontractors where required
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across the site
Requirements:
- Strong background in either mechanical or electrical building services
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineer role
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience working within commercial or high-end environments
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and support other engineers
