Day to Day for Plumber

  • Carry out day‑to‑day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties.
  • Provide good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants.
  • Use a PDA for job record keeping.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience as a plumber, unvented plumber, plumber multi, plumber multi trader, maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative, multi‑trade operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plasterer, plasterer multi trader, bricklayer multi trader, brickwork, or handyman with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
