We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor at Senior to Associate level for our client, a fast‑growing commercial building and project consultancy with offices nationwide. The role will be working in the Defence team which provides specialist building surveying and consultancy services for clients operating in high‑risk, sensitive and security‑critical environments. Alongside the core problem‑solving, design and advisory skills expected of a leading building consultancy, our client brings deep expertise in protective security and risk mitigation.

Working across the defence sector and within the private commercial real estate environment, assets and occupiers are increasingly exposed to site protection, asset integrity, personnel safety, cyber resilience and logistics‑related threats.
