Our client is looking for two experienced Painter & Decorators to join their team at Sheffield University. The contract initially runs up to the Christmas period and you will be painting and decorating at the University working on skirting boards, door frames and architraves alongside Fire Door Joiners once they have carried out fire door installations and remedial repairs.

Ideally you have your own van and the pay rate is £160‑£180 per day based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general painting and decorating work to a high standard, ensuring minimal supervision is required.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, completing them within set budget and time constraints whilst maintaining excellent craftsmanship.
• Operate in strict compliance with company Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Painting skirting boards, door frames and architraves.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card needed.
• Experience with painting and decorating.
• Must hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
